Among them, the Group's large image camera, telephoto camera, and glass-plastic hybrid mobile phone lens continue to be favored by customers and remain the preferred position for imaging products in flagship terminal models; at the same time, the Group grasps future trends of square front cameras, large angle optical image stabilization (OIS), and variable aperture upgrades, and continues to maintain a leading edge in products. Furthermore, in order to balance image performance with the need for lightweight airframes, glass plastic hybrid mobile phone lenses have become a key solution for main cameras and periscope lenses in high-end flagship models. The Group has adopted a new mold structure, and the mold utilization rate has increased significantly. Under the same conditions, the actual production capacity of glass aspherical lenses has increased more than three times compared to conventional solutions, and product yield has also increased significantly, further consolidating the Group's advantages in large-scale manufacturing.

In the first half of 2026, the Group was deeply involved in the development of high-end mobile phone camera module products and integrated solutions, achieved mass production of industry-leading ultra-large image surface, large angle OIS products and high-precision ultra-large aperture multi-group periscope products, and completed mass production of self-developed high-difficulty integrated main camera module motor products and integrated periscope module motor products. In order to promote the rapid development of the Company's automotive products, the Company is considering a separate listing and spin-off of Ningbo Shunyu Zhixing Technology Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of the Company) (spin-off company) to seek equity financing. The spin-off company has submitted a listing application form (Form A1) to the Stock Exchange through its co-sponsor to approve the listing and trading of the spin-off company's H shares on the main board of the Stock Exchange (proposed spin-off). The Company believes that the proposed spin-off has commercial interests for the Company and the spin-off company, and conforms to the overall interests of the Company's shareholders. The Group's XR optical basic component product line continues to be enriched and iterated, and the core products are evolving in the direction of miniaturization and integration: prism products have expanded from single polarizing beam spectrometer (PBS) prisms to categories such as chromatic prisms (X-cubes) and optical focus prisms to suit the mainstream XR display technology routes of microlight-emitting diodes (micro-LEDs) and silicon-based liquid crystals (LCoS).
