In the first half of the year, against the backdrop of business model switching and revenue recognition pace, the company's operating quality continued to improve, and the fleet size, business model and market structure were upgraded simultaneously. The company achieved revenue of RMB 549 million; gross profit of RMB 104 million, up 844.3% year on year; gross profit margin of 18.9%, up 17.2 percentage points year on year; loss during the period of RMB 189 million, a decrease of 20.2% year on year; adjusted loss of RMB 168 million, a decrease of 22.2% year on year.
In terms of scale, as of the end of the reporting period, the number of driverless mining cards in operation by the company exceeded 3,100, nearly double the number of over 1,600 on June 30, 2025; orders for more than 1,000 vehicles have already been placed and are in the delivery process. According to industry data, as of June 30, 2026, the total number of driverless mining cards in operation in China was about 6,000 units, and the company's market share was over 53% based on the number of vehicles in operation.
The scale of the project is also expanding. The company's solutions have served 38 mines, an increase of 12 over the same period last year; of these, there are 9 mining areas with a fleet of more than 100 vehicles, 4 mining areas with more than 200 vehicles, and the maximum size of a single mine reached 566. The normalized operation of large-scale fleets places higher demands on algorithm stability, scheduling capabilities, delivery efficiency, and operation services, reflecting the company's progress from single-point project delivery to large-scale commercial deployment.
In terms of business models, the company's asset-light transformation has made progress. By the end of the reporting period, of the company's driverless mining cards, about 600 had used the company-provided fleet model, and about 2,500 had used the customer fleet model. In terms of total group revenue, the share of customer fleet revenue increased from 62.7% in the same period in 2025 to 65.6%. The division of labor between mining companies or their contractors and autonomous driving companies in vehicle assets, scenario resources, and technical services has been further clarified.
In terms of high-value markets, the company's Australian project in collaboration with Norton Goldfield, a subsidiary of Zijin Mining, has made substantial progress. The first batch of 6 mining trucks equipped with the company's driverless solutions have entered operation in a real production environment at the Havana open-pit gold mine in Kalgoorlie region of Western Australia. The project became the first unmanned mining card project to operate in a real production environment in the Kalgoorlie gold mining area, and the company also became the first third-party driverless solution provider to be deployed in Australia.
In the field of metal mining, the company deployed 60 driverless mining trucks in Zijin Mining's Julong Copper Mine in May 2026 to build the largest single mine driverless project in the metal mining industry. By the end of the reporting period, the company had served a total of 5 metal mining projects in the Chinese market, covering Julong Copper Mine, Zijinshan Gold and Copper Mine, Shougang Water Plant Iron Ore, Shougang Dashihe Iron Ore, and Heavy Steel Xichang Iron Ore.
In terms of technology and products, the company participated in the “Key Technologies and Applications for Green, Intelligent, and Efficient Mining in Large Open Pit Mines” project, which won the second prize of the 2025 National Science and Technology Progress Award on July 8, 2026. This is the first time that the National Science and Technology Progress Award has been awarded to an unmanned project; the self-developed IMRV2 won first place in the Waymo Open Motion Dataset interactive prediction and trajectory prediction competition. By the end of the reporting period, the company had obtained 284 authorized patents and 44 PCT applications in China.
The company said that in the future, it will continue to deeply cultivate driverless mining, promote the replication of metal mining projects and coverage of extremely complex scenarios; expand overseas markets by relying on Australian demonstration projects; promote the application of end-to-end algorithms, driverless mining world models and AI agents in delivery and mine operation, and deepen cooperation with OEMs in front-loading mass production and next-generation unmanned mining card products.
