11:04 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aegon (AGN.AS) said Wednesday it filed its registration statement on Form F-4, or shareholder circular, with the US Securities and Exchange Commission as part of its planned redomiciliation to the US. The circular includes the Dutch insurer's proposed future organizational and governance documents. The company's extraordinary general meeting is scheduled for Oct. 8.
