On August 25, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company extended the expiration date of the Company’s previously announced stock repurchase program (the "2022 Stock Repurchase Program") from August 26, 2026 to August 25, 2027. As of August 25, 2026, the Stock Repurchase Program had $12.4 million remaining under its stock repurchase authorization.
