Keep An Eye On FSport As Insider Stock Selling Hits kr7.2m
Share
Listen to the news

Even though FSport AB (publ) (STO:FSPORT) stock gained 18% last week, insiders who sold kr7.2m worth of stock over the past year are probably better off. Selling at an average price of kr0.26, which is higher than the current price, may have been the best move for these insiders because their investment would have been worth less now than when they sold.

While we would never suggest that investors should base their decisions solely on what the directors of a company have been doing, we would consider it foolish to ignore insider transactions altogether.

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At FSport

In the last twelve months, the biggest single sale by an insider was when the Independent Board Member, Ozkan Ego, sold kr6.5m worth of shares at a price of kr0.34 per share. We generally don't like to see insider selling, but the lower the sale price, the more it concerns us. The silver lining is that this sell-down took place above the latest price (kr0.14). So it is hard to draw any strong conclusion from it. Ozkan Ego was the only individual insider to sell over the last year.

Ozkan Ego divested 27.72m shares over the last 12 months at an average price of kr0.26. You can see a visual depiction of insider transactions (by companies and individuals) over the last 12 months, below.
