12:12 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alcon (ALC.SW) priced its public offering of 500 million euros of 3.875% senior notes due 2033, according to a Wednesday release. The Swiss eye care company will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including full or partial refinancing of its debt. Alcon expects to close the offer on Sept. 2, subject to customary closing conditions. The notes will be admitted to trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange's Euro MTF Market.
