12:19 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Altarea (ALTA.PA) reached a settlement agreement with European real estate asset management company Praemia through voluntary mediation. The French real estate developer made a 10 million-euro payment under the deal, which brought all disputes with Praemia to a definitive close, according to a Wednesday release. Both parties agreed to withdraw ongoing proceedings and waive claims for damages, ending the case that was pending before the Paris Court of Appeal. Amid the settlement, Altarea agreed to subscribe for 60 million euros of Praemia preference shares with non-voting and preferential liquidity rights and priority dividend rights.
