12:45 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fjord Defence Group (DFENS.OL, DFENSO.OL) concluded the purchase of advanced mechanical manufacturing company PartnerTech Karlskoga AB from Permec Group on Wednesday, according to a same-day release. As part of the consideration, the Norwegian defense compounder issued 14,998,382 new shares to the seller and 767,959 new shares to certain individuals in PartnerTech at a subscription price of 16.5 Norwegian kroner apiece. The group announced the deal in June.
