12:49 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Heidelberg Pharma (HPHA.F) secured the Chinese National Medical Products Administration's approval to initiate a phase 1b/2 trial for pamlectabart tismanitin in combination therapies to treat relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma in adults. The study will assess the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of the drug in combination either with pomalidomide and dexamethasone or with daratumumab and dexamethasone, according to a Wednesday release. The trial will be conducted by the German biopharmaceutical company's Chinese partner, Huadong Medicine Co., which will cover the development costs.
