01:03 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Huddly (HDLY.OL) said Wednesday it raised 70 million Norwegian kroner through a placing of 3,161,444 shares at 22 kroner each. The video conferencing hardware maker plans to use the proceeds for research and development-related investments, new product launches, the continued onboarding of strategic partners and general working capital purposes. Pareto Securities acted as sole manager and bookrunner in the placing.
