Profit after tax for the six months ended June 30 was 22.8 million francs, compared with 21.6 million francs earlier. EPS moved to 1.96 francs from 1.86 francs. The Swiss healthcare infrastructure company's total revenue was 35.9 million francs, compared with 34.1 million francs a year ago. For 2026, Infracore expects rental income of 74 million francs and a distribution of 2.95 to 3.05 francs per share.
