01:59 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AS LHV Group (LHV1T.TL) said Thursday it issued 15 million euros of 8% perpetual subordinated bonds. The Estonian financial group said the additional tier 1 bonds attracted orders from 29 investors from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Proceeds from the issuance will be used to fortify the group's regulatory capital base to finance further growth of its loan portfolio.
