02:37 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Smoltek Nanotech (SMOL.ST) Acting Chief Executive Officer Magnus Andersson will step down upon the expiration of his consulting contract on Aug. 31, according to a Thursday release. The nanostructure fabrication technology company's board chairman, Oskar Säfström, will step in as acting CEO on Sept. 1. Meanwhile, board member Emma Rönnmark will become chairman. The board will start the search for a permanent CEO immediately.
