The UK floorcoverings distributor divested Headlam Holdings BV, Headlam BV, and Dersimo BV in the Netherlands to Rcapital Partners-managed SIL 2025. The transaction aligns with the group's simplification strategy and allows it to focus solely on its core UK operations. Net proceeds of 170,000 euros are earmarked for general working capital purposes.
