03:16 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Windar Photonics (WPHO.L) said Thursday it closed its upsized retail offering of 245,000 pounds sterling. The wind energy technology company said the offering was significantly oversubscribed, with a subscription for 900,000 shares from Director David Lis. The company said it conditionally raised gross proceeds of 5.1 million pounds from its fundraising, including the retail offering.
