04:37 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bystronic (BYS.SW) agreed to purchase Swiss laser automation and material handling systems developer Isochronic. The transaction will give Bystronic rights to Isochronic's automation technology and sheet metal processing software for integration into its automation portfolio, according to a Thursday release. The metal processing equipment manufacturer added that Isochronic will retain its name.
