The multi-year contract initially entails support services in the Americas, according to a Thursday release. The concierge technology group expects to categorize the deal as a medium contract, with an annualized value of 250,000 pounds sterling to 2 million pounds. Launch of the service is expected in the first half of 2027, with the scope potentially expanding into additional markets over time.
