Shares of Salesforce Inc (NYSE:CRM) rose sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results and raised its FY27 guidance.

Salesforce delivered second-quarter revenue of $11.35 billion, beating the consensus estimate of $11.32 billion. The enterprise software company posted adjusted earnings of $5.90 per share, beating estimates of $3.27 per share, according to Benzinga Pro.

Salesforce raised its fiscal 2027 revenue outlook from a range of $45.9 billion to $46.2 billion to a new range of $46.1 to $46.4 billion, versus estimates of $46.11 billion. The company raised its full-year adjusted earnings guidance from a range of $14.06 to $14.12 per share to a new range of $16.67 to $16.71 per share, versus estimates of $14.14 per share.

Salesforce shares jumped 11.2% to $228.55 in pre-market trading.
