According to the Zhitong Finance App, Celadon Gaming (06633) announced results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group achieved revenue of 170 million yuan (RMB, same unit) during the period; profit attributable to the company's equity holders was 315 million yuan, an increase of 349% over the previous year; and the basic profit per share was 0.46 yuan.

During the reporting period, the Group continued to promote the long-term operation of existing games, the development of reserve projects and overseas market expansion, and continuously improved the operation and global distribution capabilities of core users. With good performance in terms of overseas performance, R&D cost ratio, overseas revenue share, long-term game operation performance, and core user stickiness, the Group was awarded the “Strong Foundation Leading Game Company” in the “2026 Competitiveness Report on Listed Unlisted Game Companies in China” published by Gamma Data, and its comprehensive competitive strength was recognized by the industry.

In terms of game operation data, as of June 30, 2026, the Group had accumulated more than 103 million registered players, an increase of 2.83% over the same period last year; during the reporting period, the average MAU was about 812,800; the average MPU was about 99,900; and the monthly ARPPU was RMB 313.62, up 8.22% year on year. Overall, the Group's cumulative registered players grew steadily and monthly ARPPU increased year-on-year, while the average MAU and average MPU declined year-on-year, mainly due to: (i) some existing games were mature, and the number of active users and paying users naturally declined; and (ii) the Group continued to launch new versions and content updates to optimize the game experience and operation activities. While attracting new players and promoting the return of some old players, the loss of users was reduced to a certain extent. The willingness and depth of payment of core users increased significantly.

Management believes that the phased adjustment of the Group's revenue and user size during the reporting period is a normal result of changes in the product cycle combined with changes in the industry environment. Faced with profound changes in the internal and external market environment, the Group has taken a number of countermeasures, including but not limited to: (i) deepening stock products, implementing more accurate content iteration and refined cost control for mature products, and tapping core user value while stabilizing the basic market; (ii) steadily deepening globalization and multi-platform layout. “Magic Card Girl Sakura: Memory Key” was launched in Japan and topped the local iOS free game rankings during the reporting period, verifying the Group's ability to distribute overseas games; recently, the Group is also licensing several games with partners. It is followed by Discuss the distribution schedule of the Steam platform to accumulate cross-regional and cross-platform operation experience; and (iii) increase R&D investment and phased verification, concentrate resources to polish key reserve products, and deeply embed AI and other technologies into the core R&D process to comprehensively improve R&D efficiency and content quality. In the future, the Group will continue to maintain its strategic strength, seize the development opportunities of industry refinement and globalization, steadily cross the product cycle, and further enhance its business resilience and comprehensive competitive strength.
