06:43 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Drone Volt (ALDRV.PA) signed a binding agreement to transfer the assets of the new Azur Drones company to Tonner Drones (ALTD.PA), according to two separate Thursday releases. Drone Volt unit InAirTech created the new company after the Bordeaux Commercial Court in France designated the Paris-listed drone group as the buyer of the former Azur Drones company's assets. The sale to Tonner Drones, which has the same terms and price as those agreed between Drone Volt and the court, is subject to court approval. In addition, the parties will enter into a commercial and strategic agreement, granting Drone Volt exclusive commercial rights to operate the Azur Drones assets worldwide, excluding Europe, with a focus on the civilian sector. Drone Volt will become the sole supplier of the Drone-in-a-Box system to its existing major clients, while Azur Drones will still serve its European client base exclusively.
