08:36 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Veidekke's (VEI.OL) subsidiary BRA Bygg secured a design and build contract for a facility in Jönköping, Sweden, according to a Thursday release. The 80,000-square-meter facility will be developed for Investor AB (INVE-A.ST, INVE-B.ST) real estate unit Vectura, with Saab (SAAB-B.ST) serving as the long-term tenant. The total contract value was not disclosed. Following completion and occupancy scheduled for between 2029 and 2030, Fastighets AB Balder (BALD-B.ST) will acquire a minority stake in the project.
