10:58 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hynion (HYN.OL) said Thursday it received a letter from Euronext Oslo Børs stating the exchange's intention to evaluate the potential delisting of the company's shares. The bourse noted the hydrogen refueling station operator's outstanding 2025 annual report, prior financial reporting delays, pending Euronext invoices, and its view that Hynion does not have an ongoing business that is suitable for listing. Hynion, which has been temporarily suspended from trading, was given until Sept. 9 to respond and outline possible measures that will support its listing eligibility.
