VIDA Coworking is opening its third location, with plans to open a space in Portland inside the historic Montgomery Park building.

VIDA NW PDX will open a 10,000-square-foot space this October in Portland’s Slabtown neighborhood, joining VIDA’s existing coworking communities at 401 N.E. 19th Avenue and a Beaverton location at 9400 S.W. Beaverton Hillsdale Highway. VIDA has spent seven years building community-focused coworking spaces for small business owners, entrepreneurs, and professional women in the Portland metro area, and this expansion brings that same model to Slabtown. The new location will offer private offices and dedicated desks, along with amenities like a fitness studio, conference rooms and bike storage.

Newmark’s Josh Schweitz, Travis Parrott and Trozell Benware represented landlord Menashe Properties in the lease transaction. SVN-Bluestone’s Stacy Looney represented Vida, reported the Portland Business Journal. Menashe Properties purchased the building in 2024 for $33 million.
