Cross Street and Mavrek announced the start of pre-leasing at Belmora, a new boutique rental community located at 919 W. Belmont Ave. in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood.

The first phase of the five-story mixed-use development will introduce 46 apartments and approximately 5,700 square feet of ground-floor retail space, anchored by Studio Three, a leading national boutique fitness brand founded in Chicago. A similarly sized second phase, located at 917 W. Belmont, is planned to deliver an additional 46 apartments and 5,300 square feet of ground-floor retail space, anchored by Foxtrot Café & Market. The first residents of Belmora are expected to move in later this fall.

Located along the Belmont commercial corridor, adjacent to the Belmont CTA station, the transit-oriented development is also within walking distance of many of the neighborhood’s restaurants, entertainment venues and retail destinations, including a new Whole Foods.
