12:19 AM EDT, 08/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cadeler A/S (CADLR.OL) filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to move its parent company's domicile to the UK from Denmark as Cadeler plc, a company established for the process. The proposed redomiciliation will be conducted through a 1:1 share-for-share exchange offer, allowing the offshore wind farm services company's shareholders to swap their Cadeler A/S shares for Cadeler plc shares, according to a Thursday release. Cadeler noted that no final decision has been made on the redomiciliation or initiation of the exchange offer.
