12:56 AM EDT, 08/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Warteck Invest (WARN.SW) said Friday its group profit for the first half decreased, while rental income rose year over year. Group profit for the six months ended June 30 was 18.0 million francs, compared with 19.8 million francs a year ago. Basic EPS moved to 58.03 francs from 64.07 francs. The Swiss real estate company's rental income was 23.2 million francs, compared with 22.3 million francs earlier.
