01:37 AM EDT, 08/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ackermans & Van Haaren (ACKB.BR) agreed to invest 93 million euros in Grieg Aqua, which holds a 50.17% stake in Norway-listed Grieg Seafood (GSF.OL). The marine engineering company will secure a 37.5% stake in Grieg Aqua through the investment, according to a Friday release. The investor added that it believes there are opportunities to grow Grieg Seafood and build on its expertise and regional position.
