03:58 AM EDT, 08/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Veidekke (VEI.OL) said Friday it decided to no longer proceed with the acquisition of Ucklum Grus, in mutual agreement with the aggregates business. The construction company said the decision followed completion of due diligence for the transaction, adding that the cancellation of the deal will not affect the strategy of its infrastructure business for Western Sweden.
