04:57 AM EDT, 08/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- S&P Global Ratings raised its long-term issuer credit rating on Securitas (SECU-B.ST) to BBB+ from BBB, with a stable outlook. The action follows the security company's revision of its financial policy with a lowered debt-to-EBITDA tolerance to 2.5x from 3x, the rating agency said Friday. S&P expects Securitas' operating performance to remain strong on the back of structural growth in the market for technology and solutions services, and its leading global position.
