05:26 AM EDT, 08/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sutton Harbour Group (SUH.L) said Friday it will seek shareholder approval to delist its shares from the London Stock Exchange's AIM market as part of a cost-cutting program. The British harbor operator expects the cancellation to take effect on Sept. 30, with Sept. 29 set to be the last day of trading in its ordinary shares, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. Following the cancellation, the company will re‑register as a private limited company with a simplified management structure. Sutton Harbour Group also plans to dispose of material portions of its asset portfolio to reduce debt.
