Dotlines' Malaysian Unit Obtains MYR7 Million Loan Facility

08:42 AM EDT, 08/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Technology group Dotlines (DOTL.L) said Friday its Malaysian subsidiary signed a loan facility valued at 7 million Malaysian ringgit with OSK Ventures ET Fund I. The loan carries an annual interest rate of 16%, along with an arrangement fee. It has a minimum 12-month term and will be repaid over 24 months from the initial drawdown, with the first repayment due on the seventh month. Proceeds will allow the group to purchase airtime/data top-ups and airline tickets in bulk for sale through its Sohoj platform.
