11:19 AM EDT, 08/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FIH group (FIH.L) said Friday the resolution related to its sale of Momart International and its subsidiaries was passed by shareholders at a general meeting held earlier the same day. The specialist services group expects the sale, announced on Aug. 4, to be completed on Sept. 30.
