12:00 PM EDT, 08/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- F-Secure (FSECURE.HE) said Friday it obtained new facilities worth a total of 147 million euros to repay its existing loans and replace its current revolving credit facility. The latest agreement includes a term loan facility of 137 million euros, to be drawn in two installments, and a revolving credit facility of 10 million euros with Danske Bank and OP Corporate Bank. The loans mature in three years, with two one-year extension options. The Finnish cybersecurity company noted that it consolidated the three existing facilities into a single financing arrangement.
