The scale of computing power is at the top of the industry: FP16's dense computing power exceeds 50,000 PFLOPS, steadily leading the industry, creating the underlying strength of a 100,000 card-level super-large computing power cluster.
Strong order reserves and leading fulfillment capacity: Intended orders exceeded RMB 37 billion, of which the delivered and stable billing scale exceeded RMB 20 billion, locking in certainty for long-term growth with abundant orders and strong contract fulfillment.
Comprehensive credit facilities are abundant and financing costs have been drastically reduced: the credit limit granted by financial institutions has exceeded RMB 50 billion, and the weighted average cost of additional financing was added by 3.5% in the first half of 2026, demonstrating the high recognition of the company by financial institutions.
Large-scale increase in R&D investment: The R&D investment during this period was approximately RMB 24 million (zero in the same period last year), focusing on core technology research on self-developed “quantum power” computing power scheduling platforms, heterogeneous computing power scheduling systems, and inference optimization engines to build a solid technical foundation for upgrading the business from “computing power supply” to “token delivery”.
State-owned investment continues to increase, and the shareholder structure has been optimized and upgraded: Following CMB Fund's strategic shareholding in December 2025, the Group successively introduced state-owned investment such as Futian Capital and Boyue Fund in January and June 2026. State-owned shareholders continue to increase, injecting solid capital backing and highly credible credit endorsements into the company's long-term development.
Card AI core circuit: The company has changed its name to “Guangdong-Hong Kong Bay Intelligent Computing”, and the Hang Seng Index industry classification has been adjusted to the “Information Technology Internet Infrastructure” section, positioning it as a “large-scale AI intelligent computing technology service provider and ecosystem construction platform”, moving from a “computing power warehouse” to a “token factory” to build a closed loop of “computing power+platform+application”.
