Ms. Wu Chunhua (Ms. Wu) has proposed to resign as an independent non-executive director of the Company and as a member of the Remuneration Committee, the Nomination Committee and a member of the Company's Audit Committee to spend more time dealing with her personal and other matters, with effect from September 1, 2026.
All effective from September 1, 2026:1. Mr. Zhao Jinkui (Mr. Zhao), an executive director and managing director of the Company, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman and Member of the Executive Committee and Nomination Committee, and Vice Chairman and Member of the Remuneration Committee; 2. Mr. Zheng Xiaodong (Mr. Zheng), an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee; and 3. Independent non-executive director Ms. Yang Siwei (Ms. Yang) has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and Audit Committee.
Following Mr. Fung's resignation, Mr. Zhao was appointed as the Company's authorized representative and agent for legal proceedings, effective from September 1, 2026.
