Newmark has arranged the $26 million sale of 150 West Main Street, a 233,772-square-foot trophy office tower located in Norfolk, Virginia’s Waterside District.

The buyer was Kawa Capital Management, and the property was sold by Gate Petroleum Company. Newark’s Mark Williford, Will Bradley and Evan Wells brokered the transaction. “Averaging 90% occupancy since its construction in 2002 and consistently maintaining the highest rents in the market, 150 W Main is a testament to both tenant and capital’s flight to quality,” said Mark Williford, Executive Managing Director at Newmark.

150 West Main Street is a 21-story, trophy office tower located in the heart of downtown Norfolk. The property features high-quality construction and tenant buildouts, a robust suite of on-site amenities and convenient access to the surrounding waterfront, dining, retail and entertainment offerings. Located along the Elizabeth River, 150 West Main Street provides direct access to more than 60 restaurants and over one million square feet of retail and entertainment.
