02:04 AM EDT, 08/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Derayah Financial Co. (SASE:4084) said Sunday that it will invest 244 million Saudi riyals into HOF Capital Strategic Opportunities Fund II (Cayman). The transaction, which aims to expand the digital investment platform operator's offering, is expected to support the multi-strategy fund's plan to build a 15-investment portfolio that focuses on artificial intelligence and technology. Derayah noted that a 97.5 million-riyal portion of the investment was already called upon, with the rest expected to be drawn over the next 24 months.
