06:36 AM EDT, 08/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Orlen's (PKN.WA) board member, Michał Klimaszewski, was discharged of liability for his activities in 2023 in a final court verdict on Aug. 28, 2026, according to a same-day release. The Polish energy company's ordinary general meeting on June 25, 2024, granted the discharge, but a shareholder tried to repeal the resolution through the district court in Łódź, Poland.
