01:17 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Varia US Properties (VARN.SW) on Monday reported a higher loss for the first half, while rental income decreased year over year. Loss for the six months ended June 30 was $9.9 million, compared with a loss of $2.8 million a year earlier. Loss per share moved to $0.98 from a loss per share of $0.28. The Swiss property investor's rental income was $41.4 million, compared with $51.0 million a year ago.
