01:38 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Real estate investment trust AlJazira REIT (SASE:4331) renewed a lease contract for a warehouse in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for an additional five years. The lease will run from Sept. 1, 2026, to Aug. 31, 2031, AlJazira Capital said in a Monday release. The annual rent for the 10,584-square-meter asset will be 1.5 million Saudi riyals.
