02:20 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Skanska (SKA-B.ST) said Monday it plans to invest 270 million Norwegian kroner to build the second phase of its Lillebytunet residential project in Trondheim, Norway. The Swedish construction group will start the construction of 66 apartments and seven row houses immediately, with completion targeted for the third quarter of 2028.
