02:34 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Corem Property Group (CORE-A.ST, CORE-B.ST, CORE-D.ST) signed a five-year extension for its lease agreement with Ericsson (ERIBR.HE, ERIC-A.ST, ERIC-B.ST) involving the Idéskaparen 2 property in Linköping, Sweden. The lease covers 16,000 square meters of the property, according to a Friday release. The renewal will take effect in the third quarter of 2027.
