02:43 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dutch paint company AkzoNobel (AKZA.AS) and coatings company Axalta Coating Systems named the chairman and vice chairman of the company following their merger. Axalta Chair Rakesh Sachdev was named the chair, and AkzoNobel Supervisory Board Chairman Ben Noteboom was named the vice chair of the combined entity, according to a Monday release.
