According to the news, BYD Electronics announced its 2026 interim results. In the first half of the year, the company achieved revenue of 82.234 billion yuan, a slight increase of 2.02% over the previous year; net profit to mother was 426 million yuan, down 75.35% year on year. Profit pressure was mainly affected by the phased decline in the smart terminal components business and exchange losses. In terms of exchange, net foreign exchange losses of about 702 million yuan were recorded during the period, compared with net foreign exchange earnings of about 200 million yuan in the same period last year.

In the first half of the year, smart terminal business revenue was 67.862 billion yuan, of which component business revenue was 11.912 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease; NEV business revenue was 13.619 billion yuan, up 6.43% year on year; and AI computing power infrastructure revenue was 753 million yuan, down 10.57% year on year, mainly due to the pace of delivery of some server products. In terms of AI liquid cooling, the latest generation of liquid cooling cold plate products from major overseas customers has been developed. The project has entered the phase of mass production. The heat dissipation efficiency is at the leading level in the industry, effectively solving the heat dissipation problem of high-power chips.
