03:44 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cham Swiss Properties (CHAM.SW) secured a building permit and a lease deal for its Lindenpark timber-hybrid office building project in Baar, Switzerland. The Swiss real estate company said on Monday that the lease deal with an undisclosed financial institution will cover a 15,000-square-meter space at the six-story project, which will start construction later in 2026. Cham Swiss Properties added that it expects the tenant to move in by the end of 2029.
