04:32 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DNB Bank (DNB.OL) will dissolve its products, data, and innovation division to integrate its functions into other parts of the group, effective Sept. 1. The Norwegian financial services group said Monday that the division's responsibilities will be divided between the personal banking, corporate banking Norway, and technology and service business areas to simplify operations and improve execution capacity. Per Kristian Næss-Fladset, the division's group executive vice president, will take on a different role within DNB.
