04:33 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Solwers (SOLWERS.HE) said Monday its unit Finnmap Infra and Kreate Group (KREATE.HE) settled a dispute related to an alleged breach of performance obligation for a road development contract in Finland. The infrastructure construction company Kreate filed a 2.5 million-euro compensation claim in February 2025 with the Helsinki District Court against the consultancy and project management services group's unit. Finnmap Infra filed a counterclaim of 1.1 million euros in May 2025. The companies have now agreed to resolve the matter and withdraw the claims and the pending lawsuits and counterclaims. Terms of the settlement remain undisclosed.
