The total contract amount is close to RMB 100 million, and related products will be delivered one after another in the near future.
The board of directors of True Health Medical believes that the conclusion of this sales contract is an important manifestation of the market's high recognition of the company's products. It not only highlights the technical strength and market competitiveness of True Health Medical in the field of puncture surgery robots, but also further consolidates the company's leading position in this market segment and lays a more solid foundation for subsequent business development.
Analysts believe that this sales contract of nearly 100 million yuan shows that real health care is expanding from the introduction of single-point equipment to larger project cooperation, and market demand and the depth of customer procurement are expected to further increase. For surgical robot companies, equipment delivery can not only directly contribute to equipment sales revenue, but also drive business development such as subsequent use of consumables, technical services, and clinical training, forming a “equipment+consumables+service” continuous business model.
Recently, the interim results disclosed by True Health Medical showed that in the first half of 2026, the company achieved revenue of RMB 5.671 million, an increase of 3178.0% over the previous year; overall gross margin increased to 76.9%, and surgical robot sales, consumables sales and technical services have all contributed to revenue. The signing and subsequent delivery of this contract is expected to further expand the company's installed base, drive the growth of equipment revenue, and create conditions for the continuous increase in consumables and service revenue.
The puncture navigation and positioning system is the core product of true health care. Around this core product, the company has formed a multi-model product portfolio covering the needs of different medical institutions, all of which have obtained Class III medical device registration certificates issued by the State Drug Administration, including the TH-S1, TH-S, TH-S Pro and TH-SA models. Related products can be used for navigation and positioning of adult lung and abdominal solid organ puncture surgeries, and serve clinical scenarios requiring accurate puncture positioning, such as puncture biopsy, tumor ablation, pre-operative positioning, and particle implantation. Among them, the TH-S model was recognized as “the first in China” by the State Drug Administration. At the same time, the layout of true health care products has been extended from puncture navigation to tumor ablation treatment. The key product navigation and positioning microwave ablation system TH-X MW has been approved for liver and lung cancer treatment, and has been recognized as an “international first” by the State Drug Administration.
