06:32 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Stendörren Fastigheter (STEF-B.ST) said Monday it bought a warehouse and light industrial property in the Okvista industrial area of Vallentuna, Sweden, for an agreed value of 49 million kronor. The property has a total leasable area of 3,000 square meters and was purchased from a private seller. It is fully let to nine tenants, with an average remaining lease term of 1.8 years. The Swedish property company took possession of the property on Monday.
