The rating agency said the Baa1 rating combines a baa2 baseline credit assessment with a one-notch uplift, reflecting its expectation of strong support from the Lithuanian government. The state, through the Ministry of Finance, owns 74.99% of the energy company. Meanwhile, the stable outlook indicates Moody's expectation of the group maintaining an adjusted FFO/net debt and net debt/EBITDA consistent with its rating as it implements its investment plan.
